Ragged Edge design agency asked me to develop the tone of voice for a public sector recruitment consultant.

In an industry where agencies are difficult to differentiate, Allen Lane pride themselves on their personal relationships with clients and candidates – and the fact that they give good impartial advice. I built this into an authoritative but lively and approachable style for their 'Plain Talking Guides’, which encouraged candidates to interview their potential employers – and so consider what an employer is looking for.
